Methodologies
SimVentions’ in-house development teams use the Agile Scrum process to consistently and reliable deliver effective customer solutions. Our maturity level and processes are consistent SEI Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level III. As various projects demand, we will align our efforts with the customers’ development teams and integrate with their processes including Agile, Spiral, and Waterfall models when necessary. We follow DoD’s Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) and the Navy’s Open Architecture (OA) standards and guides where appropriate.
