In the most recent publication of CM Trends, Sarah Dye, a SimVentions employee, authored an article on the importance and application of CM in the workplace, stressing that “even on the smallest of projects, performing CM is imperative to ensuring the warfighter receives a product that is consistent with requirements.”
She goes on to address important issues like whether job location, work complexity, or scale of a project affects the application of proper configuration management, and it’s vital role in ensuring the delivery of top quality results to customers.
