On May 7, 2015, SimVentions hosted their fourth “Stop Hunger Now” event at Life Point Church in Fredericksburg, VA to close out their annual “Imagineering Day.” The goal was to package 30,000 meals. Amazingly, they far exceeded that!!!! In the weeks leading up to the event, SimVentions was able to raise more than $3,000 (25-cents per meal) to pay for the meals packaged in just 1 hour.

Stop Hunger Now is an international hunger relief agency whose mission is “to end hunger in our lifetime by providing food and life-saving aid to the world’s most vulnerable and by creating a global commitment to mobilize the necessary resources.” To date Stop Hunger Now has packaged over 69,302,372 meals that have been distributed to over 76 countries.
